The main principles of Beijing Ruikong float switch
The structure of the float level gauge is mainly designed and produced based on the principles of buoyancy and static magnetic field. The float ball with magnet is referred to as the float ball. The position of the float ball in the measured medium is affected by the buoyancy force. Changes in the liquid level lead to changes in the position of the magnetic float. The magnet in the float and the reed switch of the sensor change the number of components connected in series to the circuit, such as fixed-value resistors, which in turn changes the electrical quantities of the instrument circuit system. That is to say, changes in the position of the magnetic float cause changes in electrical quantities. The liquid level in the container is reflected by detecting changes in electrical quantities.
The instrument can directly output the resistance value signal, or it can be used with a converter to output the current value~ signal and cooperate with other converters at the same time. The output voltage signal and its switching signal can be distributed by the company according to the customer's needs. This enables remote transmission and control of electrical signals.
